The West Borns

Firstly, there is something charming about mistaking 'our' for 'are', (am I a grammar wanker? Or is it spelling? Terrible labyrinths of verbal confusion. Minefield).

Secondly, the ladies loo (I love the word loo, it makes me feel like a true native, it's so unashamed) at the 100 club (where I saw Llyod Grossman's band Jet Bronx And The Forbidden (average but boppable once you stop hearing 'Whooo could liiive in a hoooouse like thiiiis?') supporting the supreme Deaf School) led me to The West Borns.

Thirdly, I looked them up and they look pretty cool, they formed at the first ever London Rock Camp 4 Girls and have an awesome list of musical influences, my favourite bit reading, 'Nina Simone, Tina Turner, Jonas Brothers, The Specials, Adele, Paps'n'Skar, Nirvana'

Finally a song.

Zoo

(Took my mate to the zoo last week. She said she was scared of the polar bears. I said 'You should see the bipolar bears. They're f*cking mental)

"for your [plural] repeated pretending to be undesecratable"

I am going to use 'an' before words beginning with Hs now.
It is a small mission.
But it is mine.
